As an established market leader in the Design, Print, and Shipping space we empower our network of owners to build upon AlphaGraphics’ and PostNet’s demonstrated recipe for success and continuously push the creative boundaries for our end customers.

As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.

Reporting directly to our VP of People, the Senior Recruiter is primarily responsible for finding top-tier talent to fill our critical hiring needs while maintaining our phenomenal culture. You’ll be collaborating closely with our VP of People and other department leads to provide a high-touch, personalized candidate experience as we continue to grow our corporate team!


WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: 

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring your ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment of recruiting efforts and Human Resources needs

  • Build trusting internal and external relationships through your excellent communication, confident presentation skills, and enthusiasm

  • Run FULL-CYCLE recruitment process from posting jobs, strategic sourcing, reviewing applicants, screening candidates, interview scheduling,  managing candidate testing, debriefing with hiring managers, and extending offer letters

  • Subject matter expert with a unmatched understanding of recruiting technologies,  job market trends, and recruitment cycle best practices

  • Hiring best in class candidates for positions across multiple business practices and departments including (but not limited to) franchise sales, accounting, marketing, learning and development, and IT

  • Act as brand ambassador for both AlphaGraphics and PostNet by promoting initiatives on social media, participating in events, and engaging with relevant networks and communities  

  • Contribute to global projects and initiatives that impact Employer Branding and Recruiting activities, such as Leadership Development Program, SAP Success Factors roll-out, and collaboration with international colleagues 

  • Other duties assigned by the VP of People (20% - 30% of your time will be dedicated to administrative tasks related to the People Team)


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from four-year college or university

  • MINIMUM of 2+ years related work experience in full-cycle recruiting across all functions and job levels of an organization

  • Profound and absolute expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipReruiter, etc required. Career Plug and SAP Success Factors preferred

  • Strong analytical skills while also being energetic, dynamic, and fun!

  • Ability to maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers across all departments while demonstrating high levels of respect, strong boundaries, and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability while under the pressure of tight deadlines

  • Drive for innovation with an overwhelming desire to find creative and unique ways to bring in top-tier talent

  • Annual base salary in the $65,000 to $75,000 range based on experience

  • Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
